Can you send me a catalogue?
Certainly. Just go to  the Join our Mailing List  on the Home page and a catalogue will be shipped to you the next day.

 

Can I order over the phone?
All orders must be in writing. We cannot take phone orders. Our web site is designed to make ordering on the internet the quickest and easiest way to shop. Waiting on hold or faxing is a thing of the past! If you have difficulties ordering on line, or would like to speak to a customer service member we can called on 03 9793 8977.

 

When will my order ship?
In-stock items will generally ship within 4-6 business days of order placement. Most times a lot sooner.

How can I tell if an item is on backorder, and when will it ship?
At the bottom of your shipped goods invoice there will be a list (if any) of your items that are on backorder (this section is easily identified).

Your backordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available to us.

Does Teachers First Choice ship to destinations outside Australia?
Teachers First Choice will ship outside Australia. However, the shipping charges for such orders are not available at the time of order placement. Customers placing orders for shipment outside Australia will be contacted by Teachers First Choice and informed of their shipping charges.

Many times these charges are quite high in relation to domestic shipping charges. Consumers can then decide at the time of contact if they would like Teachers First Choice to fill and ship the order. Teachers First Choice  WILL NOT complete and ship an order outside Australia until the consumer responds that they are willing to accept the calculated shipping charges.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Teachers First Choice charges Freight at cost. If you have access to a cheaper freight option and are happy to provide your carrier information to us at the time of placing your order Teachers First Choice will be happy to accommodate your freighting requirements.

Will I be charged G.S.T.?
Sales tax is applied for all Australian businesses. Should you be an overseas customer – a G.S.T exclusive invoice will be sent with your goods.

What is the policy on returning Teachers First Choice products?
Refunds will not be issued for goods returned after 14 days. Goods equal or greater value can be chosen as replacement. No goods will be accepted for return unless they are accompanied by an authorised RA number. Please first obtain a Returns Authority (RA) and relevant forwarding method. For more information go to the Terms and Conditions section of the web site.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
