Prices:

Prices quoted on this web site are G.S.T. INCLUSIVE. Teachers First Choice (T.F.C) will endeavour to maintain prices for as long as possible but prices are subject to change without notice and will be charged at the ruling rate on the date on dispatch.

To qualify for bulk pricing, carton quantities MUST be purchased. On the even of more than the carton quantity being ordered, (ie: ctn qty = 12 and 18 is ordered) 12 will be invoiced at the carton price and 6 at the normal price.

Minimum Order:

T.F.C. is a wholesale company with a vast range of product. A minimum order surcharge of $25.00 will apply to all orders under $200.00 (exclusive of G.S.T).

Handling and Delivery:

All orders are subject to Handling and Delivery and these charges will be added to your order at the time of dispatch and will be charged at cost, unles you arrange for your own freight company to collect and deliver the goods.

We can arrange collection when the goods are readyif you supply your preffered forwarder, thier phone and fax details and your current account number.

Items Out Of Stock:

T.F.C. endeavours to hold reasonable stock levels of all items offered within this range but occasionally unexpected circumstances do occur and we run out of stock. If we expect to deliver and "Out Of Stock" item wqithin 8 weeks, that item will be placed on backorder and will be forwarded to you with your next order, or at the next appropraite delivery.

Any items marked OOP is "Out Of Print" and has been cancelled.

Any item marked NLA is "No LOnger Available" and has been cancelled on our system.

Damages and Shortages:

Damaged products or delivery shortages must be reported within 7 days, whereby you will receive prompt attnetion to the matter.

Items Returned:

Refunds will not be issued for goods returned after 14 days. Goods equal or greater value can be chosen as replacement. No goods will be accepted for return unless they are accompanied by an authorised RA number. Please first obtain a Returns Authority (RA) and relevant forwarding method.

G.S.T.:

All prices shown on this web site are G.S.T inclusive. G.S.T is only applicable on Australian orders. If an overseas order is placed, a correct invoice will be supplied at the time of dispatch.

Design and Product Changes:

Occasionally design and colour changes may vary from those depicted in the images of this catalogue. T.F.C will supply the most current version at the time of dispatch.
